Day  3         Deadhorse - Bettles; morning tour of Prudhoe Bay Oilfields; stop to "swim" in Arctic Ocean; flight to Eskimo Anaktuvuk Pass; flight traverse of Brooks Range; airstrip outpost Bettles

Day  4         Bettles - Fairbanks; explore Bettles; Kuskokwim River walk; flight over Caribou Mountains to Fairbanks; Alaskaland and sternwheeler Nenana visit; overnight motel

Day  5        Fairbanks - Eagle; University of Alaska Museum visit (excellent!); flight to bush community Eagle on Yukon River; exploration; overnight historic cabins
